Some observations from practice laps Fri 28 Nov 08 - Bendigo Bank Arena
Shaun Dobson Tassie 77 came out for his practice laps in his brand spanking new 410 sprinter. He took his time getting out for his first round of laps. But it was definitely worth the wait...his car looks so awesome! Black and green it is very sexy... I love the look of it.
Okay enough about the car and more about how he went. Well the track was slippery, his first laps where a little bit all over the place - but by the second time he came out he looked more confident.
You could see in the way he moved himself over the track. He got up more speed, and took the corners very well. For someone who came up through Junior Sedans he is going forward in leaps and bounds.
He hasn't actually raced yet, but his practice looked good. He was well organised to get up on the dummy grid to go out for his practices, unlike some others.
